Soaring demand for apartments at Eagles Meadow
The apartments released last month within the Eagles Meadow shopping and leisure centre in Wrexham have proven their popularity with locals.
Wilson Bowden City Homes the development company behind the design and construction of the apartments are reporting a high demand for the luxury one and two bedroom apartments incorporated within Eagles Meadow shopping and leisure centre, with over 30% of the first phase already reserved.
Bairstow Eves appointed marketing agents for the apartments at Eagles Meadow commented;
“There is a good demand locally for these apartments in particular we are receiving a large number of enquiries from first time buyers, with prices starting at £127,995 this places them in the lowest band of stamp duty, couple this with the fact that there are very few similar properties for first time buyers on the market the demand is unsurprising”.
