The first of the luxury apartments being built within the Eagles Meadow shopping and leisure centre in Wrexham are to be released for sale next month.

Eagles Meadow is one of the most talked about developments in the town, set to transform Wrexham with new shops, a cinema, a bowling alley, bars and restaurants all adding to the thriving market town of Wrexham.

This new landmark development of contemporary and stylish one and two bedroom apartments is incorporated within Eagles Meadow shopping and leisure centre.

Each of the 44 apartments has been designed with quality and style in mind.

The kitchens are custom designed to maximise the use of space and are fully fitted with integrated appliances, a choice of unit styles are available to suit every taste. Designer fixtures and fittings have been used in the bathrooms and most of the two bedroom apartments are specified with en suites to the master bedroom. Each apartment benefits from secure undercroft parking and select apartments feature walk on balconies affording magnificent views of St Giles Church and across Wrexham.

Interest in the apartments has already astounded the developers; Wilson Bowden City Homes. Sales and Marketing Manager Alan Bartley commented;

“Our appointed estate agents Bairstow Eves were receiving calls the minute the signs advertising the apartments went up at Eagles Meadow. The appeal to the apartments is in their location, set right in the heart of the new centre. Not only will Eagles Meadow offer high quality shopping with retailers and brands such as Next, H & M, Marks & Spencers and Debenhams, and a selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, but it will also be the hub of a thriving new community.”

Further details of the lifestyle on offer at Eagles Meadow and plans of the apartments will be available from Bairstow Eves offices in Chester Street to register your initial interest call 01978 265330.
